Questions

Do I need a mobile app?

No. Clients, drivers, and admin all use the website. Keep the driver tab open for live location.

How do I book?

Register as a Client, get approved, then: map (pickup + destination) → vehicle → optional details → extras → invoice → submit.

Who confirms delivery?

The receiver, on a one-time link. They do not create an account. The driver waits at drop-off until that confirmation.

Can I add porters or extra charges?

Yes. Tick extras on the booking page. Super Admin sets names and SAR (Saudi Riyal) prices on Extra charges; they appear on the invoice.
